The Guide to Prenatal Exercise: A Self-Paced Online Course
This is ProNatal's newest offering, and one we are very excited about! It is a prenatal exercise "course" specifically designed for non-fitness professionals. Our goal in creating this was to remove the "overwhelm" that so often accompanies prenatal exercise -- especially when it comes to searching for answers online.
Now people can get everything they need to exercise safely, effectively, and confidently in one place. Participants can choose to learn by engaging video lessons or downloadable text (or both). The course also includes tons of additional resources, including one-year access to our video exercise library + workout builder.
The course is applicable for all fitness levels -- from those just beginning their fitness journey, to athletes. It can make a great gift for friends, family, or colleagues alike.

Self-Guided Training Programs
While The Guide to Prenatal Exercise empowers people with all the information they need to exercise safely and effectively during pregnancy, it does not provide actual workouts. This is where the self-guided training programs come in.
These programs take you through a comprehensive training program (like you learned in your course) via the ProNatal Fitness app. Clients also receive weekly emails with nutrition information, and other tips and education tailored to their stage.
We offer three different prenatal training programs (tailored to different stages when starting), a core recovery program (which takes users through the core recovery protocol that you learned in your course, and a full postpartum training program (which includes core recovery + total body workouts).
